Krakow Lofts, an Anglo-Polish company, intends to build apartments in an old mill which was originally built in 1919 in Krakow’s Zablocie district. The investment, which will be launched in March, is expected to take two years to complete.
According to the preliminary plans, the 6,000 m², five-storey structure will contain lofts varying in size from 45 m² to 200 m². Prices will range from PLN 12,000 to PLN 20,000 (€3,400-5,680) per m².
“The popularity of loft apartments together with the development’s location in the centre of Krakow in the revitalised district of Zabłocie make the Mlyn Lofts not only an excellent idea as regards unique apartments for one’s own needs but also a good capital investment or rental offer.”, company said.
