Alice Pasquini

Alice Pasquini is an Italian visual artist born and based in Rome where she works as an illustrator, set designer and painter. Apart from that, she travels to different countries to make her art public and accessible to everyone.

You are probably used to the street art that sends messages, makes statements and tackles social and political issues. Well, this one paints about positive emotions and brings joy to the grey streets.

Alice says that she creates “art about people and their relationships, I’m interested in representing human feelings and exploring different points of view. I especially like to depict strong and independent women.”

She did this on the streets of Salerno as well, for the Fondazione Alfonso Gatto. The organization was founded in honor of the 20th century poet, Alfonso Gatto, born in this same town. Since the writer’s hermetic poetry has always been inspired by love, the artist tried to recreate on the walls the feelings transmitted by the author through words.

She kept her personal touch using bright and powerful colors and continued focusing on women as main characters. You can enjoy more of her art work on her website.
