Cross-stitch is a form of counted-thread embroidery in wich X-shaped stitches in a tiled pattern are used to form a picture, and it wasn’t long before people decided to get this art-form on their skin.A lot of artists have adopted this technique creating beautiful images, some in color some preferring black ink or just combining it with different tattoo styles such as geometric or realist.
The cross-sticth tattoo is detailed but minimalistic at the same time and almost looks like an 8-bit / pixel art design.
