The generation gap is redrawn by connecting art. LATA 65 teaches older citizens a somewhat young form of art-graffiti. With the help of the workshops, the participants learn the history of urban art and make their own stencils and tags as they end to spread the street art around the city.
The new-comer is mentored by a well-known artist in painting surfaces in bright colours of Lisbon.
By raising the number of participants and audience of this art, Lata 65 hopes to demolish the many clichés that come along with street art through submitting it to different groups of people and as a bonus the city wears new colours and shapes.
