He has been tattooing for about 2 years and a half. Loic likes the constant learning sensation that comes with tattooing. He stated that he’s amused by the fact that in 20 years he would still be learning new stuff through this passion of his that is tattooing. His style is scientific illustration and woodcut or, as he mentioned on his Instagram account ‘grotesque tattooing’. Loic’s tattoos are all in black ink, his linework is amazing and his use of geometric elements or dotwork really make the design complete and stand out. His favorite things to tattoo are “hybrids” as he stated, of surrealist objects. He works between two different worlds: the antique and surrealism – all mixed together and blended to give a poetic and disturbing side.
