We fix the city of Roman on the creativity map!
Intercultural street art festival organized by Quantic Association (Romania) With the support of Roman Municipality and “Dolphin” Children’s Centre Coloured by POSCA Romania and Corner Shop Bucharest – More than 20 local and international young artists – 7 days of intercultural encounters, collective drawing, workshops, urban exploring – Stickers contest – More than 250 square metres of graffiti in 3 public spaces
Quantic Association, in partnership with Roman Municipality, “Dolphin” Children’s Centre, Pointless Crew, BorderGate Association in collaboration with SAMO Torino, Urban Collectors and Sweet Damage Crew, coordinates an international street art festival in the city of Roman (Romania), in the period 1st – 8th of July, in the frame of the RE:mapping project. Participating artists will encounter local crews and communities, will collectively draw more than 250 square metres of graffiti, will organize workshops, knowledge exchange meetings, film screenings and a stickers contest.
Through these artistic community interventions, the RE:mapping project revitalizes and brings colour to the public spaces of the city of Roman, creates opportunities of artistic expression for young graffers and promotes street art as a form of intercultural dialogue, bringing people together.
