Young rapper Robert Bryson Hall, known best as Logic had a tumultuous childhood and grew up in a rough and crazy environment. Fortunately this didn’t stop him from evolving and gave him the ambition to pursue a different path in life.
He started rapping at a very young age and up until this album he released different mixtapes. Under Pressure is his debut album that reached 71.511 copies sold in the first week. This placed him on fourth place in the charts, which is quite a performance for this fresh, young rapper.
Even though he is only 24 he could be a great inspiration for people undergoing a similar experience and can’t find the right track in life:
“The first thing you have to do is get out of your city. Wherever you are, get the hell out of there because you will not shine, you will only be known as local talent. Be a good person, be kind and shake everybody’s hand in the room. If you don’t know about business, find somebody out there that knows about business and have them teach you the business while they’re working the business for you. Be smart and hopefully things will work out for you.”
“Under pressure” is one of the best hip-hop albums of this year and Logic’s talent should continue to be appreciated at his true value.
