This argentinian house is located in a new subdivision in the seaside area of Valeria del Mar, 360 km south of Buenos Aires. Designed by Luciano Kruk Arquitectos, SV House is the perfect combination between slabs of timber-imprinted concrete and sheets of glass.
The three-bedroom house built in a single level, with strongly elongated proportions with concrete glass box in the living room, creating a transparent section through the middle of the building, and in that way, the house resonates with the surrounding woodland.
The bedrooms are placed with a great distance between them, the master bedroom was placed well away from the other two bedrooms which would work for the families of their children or other visitors. Each bedroom has a glass wall that faces into a beautiful area of woodland.
This house would make a perfect summer home, which can also be rented seasonally.
